At this moment we accept Visa-Mastercard and Bizum as payment methods. Right now we don’t accept PayPal and bank transfers either.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
There will be no refund on purchases of Courses unless the order was duplicated in error (the customer was charged twice for purchasing the same course).
If any of the courses were purchased by mistake, the user will have to contact our staff at email@example.com or at +34 672 73 46 24 (During Spanish office hours) before the shipping of the model and components. If the model and the components have already been sent, we won’t be able to cancel the purchase. If the lecture or the workshop has already been watched, we won’t be able to cancel the purchase.
In case of cancellation of the purchase for any of the reasons specified above, the refund will be made through the same payment method used during the next 7 business days.
DEFECTIVE COMPONENTS AND REPLACEMENT
If the student finds out what is believed to be a product defect, please contact Dentalhow.online staff in order to get a replacement of the model or component itself.
If Dentalhow.online’s staff determines that the product is defective, the item must be returned within the first 3 days after receiving the package. If it’s a production mistake, Dentalhow.online will be in charge of the shipping cost.
A replacement will be sent as soon as we receive the defective piece.
WHAT DOES THE COURSE INCLUDE
The client will acquire for the established amount “x” the training course that will always have 3 indivisible parts: Conference + Workshop + Model. The buyer of said course will have online access to both the conference and the workshop itself, and the model in question will be shipped to their home as well as all the biomaterials used by the instructor in the workshop.
The prices of the courses are without taxes. Taxes will be calculated at checkout if needed depending on the geographical origin of the client.
Shipping costs with taxes included are also paid by the customer during the checkout process.
All the content available on our platform is based on scientific bases and carried out by professionals with many years of experience in the world of dentistry. This content is totally free from any kind of commercially interested or influence from part of the instructors or any kind of external agent.
In most cases, shipments will be managed through the CTT / GOOGLEX platform. The customer will be responsible for the payment corresponding to the shipment during the final payment process.
We will always send with Express International Transport, so the delivery time after the product is shipped will be between 1 and 7 business days.
The delivery dates of the physical material are approximate and estimated and therefore are not guaranteed since they are subject to the availability of the material, shipping time, etc.
The cost of shipping will vary depending on the geographical area of origin of the client. You will be able to see an estimate of the shipping cost during the checkout process.
