Terms and Conditions of Trade

 

 

  1. PAYMENT METHODS
    At this moment we accept Visa-Mastercard and Bizum as payment methods. Right now we don’t accept PayPal and bank transferences either.
  2. RETURNING POSSIBILITIES
    The client will be able to ask for a refund of the amount paid in the case that the company makes a mistake with the delivery of the materials. The clients will have to possibility to ask for a refund of the money or to claim a replacement for the wrongly shipped material, and the company will bear the entire cost of replacing said material.
    In case of receiving defective materials that make the practice impossible, the client may claim a refund of the amount paid or the replacement of said defective material with one that presents the optimal conditions. The costs of replacing this material again will be borne by the company.
  3. DEADLINE TO REQUEST THE REFUND / REPLACEMENT
    The client will have the right to claim during the first 7 days from the receiving of the materials. The client must write to info@dentalhow.online providing images that demonstrate that the products are defective or erroneous, and if our team considers that said defective material makes the practice impossible to be carried out by the client, they will be offered a refund of their money or the replacement of said material.
  4. TIME THAT TAKES TO REFUND THE AMOUNT
    If a full refund of the amount is necessary, it will be done through virtual TPV within a maximum period of 5 days.
  5. HOW AND WHEN WILL IT BE RETURNED
    If a full refund of the amount is necessary, it will be done through virtual TPV within a maximum period of 5 days.
    In case of replacement of defective material, the customer will receive the new material within a period of between 7 and 14 calendar days.
  6. IN WHICH CASES THE RETURN IS NOT ACCEPTED
    We won’t accept returns linked to products that have been modified by the customer or whose defection has been caused by bad practices on the part of the consumer.
  7. WHAT DOES THE COURSE INCLUDE
    The client will acquire for the established amount “x” the training course that will always have 3 indivisible parts: Conference + Workshop + Model. The buyer of said course will have online access to both the conference and the workshop itself, and the model in question will be shipped to their home as well as all the biomaterials used by the instructor in the workshop. The prices of the courses are without taxes. Taxes will be calculated at checkout if needed depending on the geographical origin of the client.
    Shipping costs with taxes included are also paid by the customer during the checkout process.
  8. SHIPPING
    In most cases, shipments will be managed through the CTT / GOOGLEX platform. The customer will be responsible for the payment corresponding to the shipment during the final payment process.
    We will always send with Express International Transport, so the delivery time after the product is shipped will be between 1 and 7 business days.
    The delivery dates of the physical material are approximate and estimated, and therefore are not guaranteed since they are subject to the availability of the material, shipping time, etc.
    The cost of shipping will vary depending on the geographical area of origin of the client. You will be able to see an estimate of the shipping cost during the checkout process.
  9. REASONS WHY THE TOTAL AMOUNT WILL BE RETURNED
    The total amount of the course can be claimed by the client and will be returned in case of:
    – Error during the shipment of the material (wrong address, wrong or defective material, etc.)
    – In case of defective material being sent, the client may request the replacement of said material or the full refund of the amount of the course.
  10. IN WHICH CASES IT IS ONLY PARTIALLY RETURNED
    In case of disagreement from part of the client with a material that presents the optimal conditions to apply the practice, the client must return said material to DentalHow, being responsible for the shipping costs and then the amount corresponding to said material will be returned.
    We won’t refund the amount corresponding to the parts of the reading or the workshop individually.
